1.#Physical Standards
(1) Minimum Height. - 5.4
(2) Weight - As per Body Mass Index
(3) 1.6 km Running 8/1.2 mint
(4) push ups 15 repetitions in 2 mint
(5) sit ups ""15 repetitions in 2 mint
(6) Chin Ups 3 repetitions in 2 mint
(7) Sit crossing 7'.4" x 7.4 with a depth of 4
2. #INTELLIGENCE TEST
The condidates who are declared physical standers are put to two more test.
a. Intelligent test verbal
b. Intelligent test non- verbal
2.#ACADEMIC TEST
Candidates are given an academic test to solve in specific time. The includes question based on Academic Subjects and or General Knowledge. Basic MCQs
3.#INTERVIEW
Candidates are briefly interviewed . Question about family background , your Academic Subjects and general Knowledge.
4.#MEDICAL TEST
Candidates go through a medical check-up , in which Height , Chest , Weight and eye-sight may be checked.

#Result is announced immediately after the test.
Successful candidates are given form to complete and submit at the recruiting office. Candidates may be given a day or two to complete the forms which include a character certificate by School / college / Headmaster/ Principal or by #OC unit ( for #Service_Personnel ).
In Sha Allah after a few day . a call letter is issued to successful candidates for Test / Interview at #ISSB.

a. Mechanical Aptitude test (MAT) with 45 Questions. Time 15 Minutes
b. Word Association Test 50 or 75 words (15 Second to see and write a sentence on each word.
c. Sentence Completion Test ( English ) 30 Incomplete Sentences within 15 Minutes
d.Sentence Completion Test ( Urdu ) 30 Incomplete Sentences within 15 Minutes
e.Thematic Apperception Test (TAT (English) Sequence of 4 Picture (3.5 Minutes to see and write a story on each picture.
f. Thematic Apperception Test(TAT( Urdu) Sequence of 3 outlines of stories ( 3.5 Minutes will be given to see a sentence and write a story on each sentence.
g. Self-Description Test and Self-Appraisal write your merits and demerits within 10 minutes

the Candidates will be interviewed individually on the third fourth and fifth days . there is no fixed time limit for the interview and in a way it depends on the performance of the individual during the interview. The candidates may be called in any order for interview, even during or in b/w GTO tasks provided they could be conveniently spared bye the GTO.

The results are conveyed to the candidates by post within a few days after completion of their tests at ISSB.
