These are all the things which are to be tested By ISSB in a candidate for their Recommendation to GHQ by different Psycological Tools which are normally Called as Personality Tests, IQ Test, GTO Activities and Interviews..
Do Remember One thing..
1-Deputy President ( Lt.Col from Army or Wing Commander from PAF)
2-Group Testing Officer, GTO (Major From Army or Sq.Ldr from PAF)
3-Psycologist ( Can be a Captian or upto a Brigardier and equivalent to PAF and Navy)
All these People are well trained about their works and they all arw spreading tools to go deep inside a candidate as i discused above..
Now, How to Get Recommended..!!
Keep these points in your mind and focus on them deeply..
1- Personality is not your apperance only itMs actually what you speaks..
2-Positivty is not a thing related to sex or things like that.. It’s Actually a Presentable side of any thing..
3- Always speak the truth, even if somebody did sex in past he/she must accept this..
4- You should have integrity
5-Be confident on your every answer.. If you don’t know the answer no issues just say sorry..
6- for personality test, Make positive sentences and stories by your own mind don’t memorize them..
7- Never ever try to speak lie..
8- Your relation with interview should be like he is trying to find you and your a giving him a good oppurtunity on every step
9- Try to Give Breif Answers, the thing which is not under discusion dnt open that..
10- Be an open minded in a sense that try to listen every statement and instruction very carefull and act like that..
11- Obstacles are not to check you physically beacuse you have to be physically trained by the Armed Force Acadmies so don’t be nevours about that Even i Did only 6 Obstacles..
12- Be a Well disciplined in all aspects.. and try to show your leadership and never b a proudy one, Always keep yourself down to dusk..
And Most Importantly..
Pray Alot as much as you can.. B’Coz ISSB is all your luck as it’s a very big responsibility everybody dose not desevre it.. So Never be dishearted after the Rejection because Allah has choosen something mch better for you.
