SHARING ISSB EXPERIENCE
I am sharing my issb(138 PMA LC,,31 july to 04 august kohat station) experience with u..hope u will get some help INSHAALLAH:
Day 1: 31 july
Reception,,mobile collection,,allotment of rooms,,,lunch…chest no allotment,,,,weight and height measurement and issuing of security card…then gathering at johar hall on evening,,here you will fill 4 biodata forms..it takes about 4 hours
Day finish
Day 2: 01 august
(i)After prayer and breakfast gathering at johar hall at 7;O clock for verbal..non verbal and mechanical aptitude test.repeater candidates cant give these test,only fresh can give,,,then tea break…after 25 minute again at johar hall for psychological written test,
These tests are in this order
(ii)Sentence completion in urdu,,,these are 2 sets.each of 26 sentances to be completed in 6 minute,,i.e 12 minute for 2 sets
Then sentence completion in English..2 sets each of 26 sentances..12 minute
(iii)WAT,,, hundred words,,,10 seconds for each words..these are displayed on screen projecter and shown for 10 seconds
In my experience examples are
Struck,beautiful,help,way,concentration,cometment,love,girl,rod,rope,bind,blind,rub, and etc
(iv)4 picture story,display on screen for 30 second and completion time is 3.5 second I,e 4 minute for a story
(v)2 pointer stories,,,same time as picture story
My pointer stories were

Due to his youth ajmal thought that……………
(vi) then self description test
(a) Friend views about you (b) enemies views about you
Day ends
Day 3: 02 august
At 7 a.m Gathering at johar hall,,,gto groups are made
(i) Group discussion and lecturates
Our topic was “jaisa karo gy waisa bharo gy”
And lecturates were
Hijab hona chahiye har aurat k liye ya nhi
Kya voting ka haq sirf educateds ko he hona chahiye
Kya khawateen ko musalaha afwaj mein ana chahiye
Kya mazhabi rujhan shidat pasandi ka baiss hai
Kya America hi Pakistan mein terrorism ki wja hai
Kya khandani mansuba bandi ache mustaqbil ki zmanat hai
And atc
Note…group discussion is in urdu and lecutarte is ur own choice i.e urdu or English
(ii) Then progreesive group task and half group task
(iii) Then come back to hostel and dress for interview(time for be prepared is 30 minute)
Now some candidates are given psych interview and some deputy.mine was psych on third day

Day 4:03 august
(i)Command task with light interview by gto,,,final group task and individual obstacles
(ii)then my deputy interview

Day 5: 04 august (today)
Gathering at johar hall,,,waiting for reinterviews and re-gtos tasts,,mera nhi hua…then submission of cards and collecting of cell phones..then their bus depart you on bus stand,,,so good bye issb kohat
Tips for all of you,,
Just tell truth,,,don’t use cutting on biodata form…write neatly,,tell such hobbies and games that u really play and have enough knowledge about them,,show confidence,,,don’t be shy,,,show your intersest and enthusiasm for army in front of gto..listen briefing of gto carefully and follow it,,,don’t do over act or lower act,,,be 50 % I,e moderate,,,
